not getting paid

IT HAS BEEN MY EXPERIENCE NOT TO BE PAID BY ACCUSIGING IN CHANDLER ARIZONA. I AM USING A COLLECTION AGENCY AND HAVE TURNED THEM INTO THE BBB IN ARIZONA BUT STILL HAVE NOT BEEN PAID. I WOULD NOT DO WORK WITH THEM IN THE FUTURE AND THOUGHT I WOULD PASS ALONG THE INFORMATION TO ANY NOTARIES OUT THERE. COLLECTIONS ALL OVER 75.00? WHAT A SLEEZY BUSINESS.

Re: You are shouting at us all number one....... Also did

you do a search prior to taking the assignment and lastly when you refer to "WHAT A SLEAZY BUSINESS" do you mean accusigning or are you referring to this line of work? Notary work can be frustrating and more so when one doesn't get paid for services rendered......it's downright maddening.....
You will learn rather quickly exactly whom to not accept work from, it becomes that cut and dry.

I was not referring to the business, just this particular company. No I did not research before I accepted the job. "Shame on me". I dont have time to do this everytime someone contacts me. Guess that's the chance you take. I guess in this day and age I expect people to be on the up and up but that's my nature.

Re: They have 2 offices...

Steve and Barbara seem to work out of AZ and Jeanna seems to run the one in Loomis.

Re: They have 2 offices...

Thanks for your reply. I am now aware not to do business with them again. Burned one too many times. Thanks.

Re: They have 2 offices...

I wasn't aware they had more than 1 office. I guess that I have to check everyone who calls but who has the time to do a search everytime you get called?

Re: Accusigning AZ office

The new address is Accusigning
3428 So Eucalyptus Pl
Chandler, Az 85249

The new contact person is named Steve. His phone number is 480-895-1006. I believe this is his cell that he uses for business. I got his wife and crying kids in the background and not a return phone call. Hope you get more results than I did. I even had a collection agency and BBB in Arizona after them and still have not been paid for a job I did for them in July. Shame on me for not looking them up before agreeing to do it.

I don't know if this is the same company or not I had never been contacted by them before. I guess I need to research these companies but who has time to everytime they are contacted for a signing?

Re: No time to search reps?

If you don't TAKE the time to search the reputation of the ss, then prepare to take the time to COLLECT from them!

You can always search after taking the job and then CANCEL before printing the docs if you feel that the ss is not reputable.
