Please beware of All American Escrow and Title in Freeport IL. On Aug 29 and 30 I made a trip to the borrowers home for a refi on a 1st/2nd. I called and emailed with no response regarding my payment. Finally a call to me indicating that the company Washintgon Mutual redid the loan docs and of course All American Escrow and Title never called me back to do it again. They got another notary to do it and therefore, according to their contact my fee was dropped from 275.00 to 50.00.
You all know how many docs I printed, cost of gas and time. Just letting you know from my experience with Washington Mutual they have redone docs before....watch this company. I believe this escrow and title compnay knows that this happens all the time and thats why they only pay 50.00. CLEARLY A RIP OFF!!!
