Nationwide Appraisal Merger with Land America

I received an email today with an attachment from Nationwide. The email states that Nationwide has been purchased by Land America and that fees will be reduced because Land America's fee structure is lower. The attachment is to be completed with our specific fees and faxed back.

Maybe it's time we actually do unite and fill out and fax back these forms in unison with the same fees.

Anyone interested???

That is weird because Nationwide won't meet my fee, and LandAmerica does.

Same here, Nationwide seems to be Lowballers and LandAM always meets my fees. One of my best customers....

Is this Nreis?

So many co's w/ name starting with Nation

If Nries, they are huge lowballers. Hard to imagine lower fees.

I agree w/ Maggie - fax back your REAL fee list. Don't list any 1st refi in your town, o/n docs, for less than $125 base.

LandAm has always met my fees but Nationwide has never met them. I love Landam
