I posted incompletely, sorry; but they are proposing to amend it to be $10 per notarial act, plus mileage etc. Because, as they so sagely note, "Costs of doing business have increased since 1985."

Looks good to me!!

2 bucks is the max here; our colleagues in Wisconsin only get fifty cents! I'd certainly grab the 10 bucks (or even 5!).

We are $10 here in NH. I think it is nuts that they would say you can only charge .50 for a notarization.
