speaking of e-notarization

I hear from our title searcher that my county will be getting ready. I am in NE PA. I guess I'm going to have to start checking into a decent laptop.

I think you have some time. I took the course 5-6 months ago and I've only seen one company even request info on e-notarization.

Its not just the laptop you'd have to get. You would need your electronic signature and a signature pad for the BO's to use. Plus, of course, the $40 application fee.

I might be wrong but if memory serves that's what's required . . . in addition to the laptop.

I purchased the Enjoa system from the NNA when they stated at the NNA conference the year they had in Phil,Pa. Been sitting in my closet ever since and I probably will never use it.
