See messages 180831 and 181329 regarding Richmond Notary. There may be some info in there that will help you to get paid. Mr. Spear is also a Virginia Notary Public (look up his profile under zip code 23233) so perhaps you can go the fraud route with the Virginia Secretary of State Notary Division.
