Accurate Closings of S W Florida

I did a closing on 03/10/07 and have not been paid. I have called and left several messages no response. Anyone know what's up with this company?

Maybe I'm daft, but...

if Sandra Grant hasn't returned your calls, and you haven't been paid, and you've emailed and sent certified letters and all have gone unanswered ... well, it's likely you're not going to get paid. Another reason to work directly with the money source, Title Companies.
File a small claims action if she owes you money. File a BBB complaint.
From what you've stated, it seems crystal clear "what's up" with this company.

I was just wondering if anyone else has had a problem lately with her lately. I did call the tile company and they said she had been paid. I didn't know if maybe shes out of business or something else happened. In the past she has always paid me in 30 days.

The subprime market is in the chitter, and SS's are closing their doors right and left. Additionally, many Title Companies and Lenders/Brokers have gone belly-up in the last 3 months. So, ask yourself this: What do YOU think happened?

Lisa I honestly don't know. I figured when I left several messages she could at least call and tell me what happened. I know the title company was Title Solutions (Ageis Lending) and alot of Ageis have closed their doors. I was just asking if anyone knows what happened with her company.

I have read all those posts before and there is nothing that bad on that company. All I asked is does anyone know right now whats up with the company.

I know that's what you're asking, but you've asked it several times over the past few weeks and no one has responded (that I remember).
Are you the only Notary that is owed money by her? Probably not. But not all Notaries peruse this site, and those that do may not have anything to offer.

Proceed with collections or write it off, Sandi.

Sandy was great to work for. She ALWAYS paid on time. I think what happened is that her main clients went belly up. And that she had no way to pay her Notaries. And I believe she may be in HUGE financial trouble. I know she didnt do this on purpose. I am also owed for one closing. I wrote it off because I feel bad for her. She is a very honest person. And is probably very overwhelmed by all of this mess.
She will try to make this right, I'm sure of it.

Some SS's out there are crooks, but this isnt one of them, I think she just got stuck in a bad position.
