Another SS hit the dust

I just received word from a title company that I did a closing for thru Excel Signing and they told me that Excel went out of business. She then asked me to send her my information and she would see to it that I got paid. Don't know if I will or not but thought I would give you all a heads up in case any of you have invoices open for Excel.

YooHoo! He's gone. He doesn't owe me any money now, but went through hell trying to get it a while back. Knew it was a matter of time. Good Luck to those of you who he still owes.

If this is the company located at 641 Shalimar Dr. Unit B, Costa Mesa, CA they still owe me for a signing from last Novermber. Filed complaint with BBB but it was closed due to lack of response. BBB rating of "F".

Hi Becca, I did google them a while back, but other than complaints by others I get no personal info on this guy or his so called company. I have already submitted the BBB complaint with the same outcome. I am going with the collections now to put a blemish on this persons credit reports. I was just wanting to know this persons name. Thank you for all you post.

The owners name is Mark. I do not know the last name but I have also submitted excel to collections . He had changed location and phone numbers. You may try calling 949 940 8826.

It is located in california and the no good phone numbe is: 949-940-8826 nad the owner's name was Mark. This is Excell Signing Service, LLC.

Sure wish I could find out his last name. I called the title comp again today, and all I could get was his first name. I said did you not send him a check? Surely you must have a last name. Was told they did not. I am at this time going after him through the olddebts.com so I can hopefully hit his credit report. I figure he can always start up again with a different name, and we would not know until after it was to late again.And I cannot get any info on him through google or any other search engine I have looked at.
