Hi everyone, You have all listened to me complaint about N3Notary - Nationwide Notary Network over the last couple of months. And I noticed many of you seasoned pros file a complaint with the BBB. Well, I tried and apparently I am not smart enough to do it. Here's the response I rec'd: "It is our policy to process only those complaints that fall into the BBB's scope. Complaints regarding business to business collection issues and employer/employee disputes are not handled by the BBB." So did I complete the complaint form incorrectly? Can anyone offer a suggestion(s)? Thank you!
