Used to work for them alot..... but they have gone the way of NREIS...... $90 refi with edocs...... $120 for purchases.... so I don't do very much for them anymore because they usually won't meet my fees. They're all right..... they will pay 10th and 25th of the month.

They sent me an email yesterday and asked me to sign up. I emailed back and asked if they could meet my fees which are significantly higher than that and they agreed. We are talking almost double $90.

In Maryland you are required to have a TPL to perform closings. Maybe they take this into consideration and pay different fees when a state has additional requirements.

I wonder what fee they pay to Attorrneys to perform closings in Georgia? (If they even do closings in that state)
