I searched and couldn't find anything on them before I accepted a closing.
I have a closing with them tonight. They willingly met my fee, and have been great to deal with so far!

Those are the kind that scare me. Willingly meet your fee and are overly helpful and then poof they are gone and can't get a hold of anyone ever again. I guess we are both on the line here.
