Closers On The Go

I did a closing back in Dec. and still haven't been paid. I sent Kristi several emails asking for payment. In Feb. she replied that she had not been paid and can not pay me until she gets paid. I sent her an email saying that I wasn't hired by the TC and her collections problems aren't mine. Now she won't respond to me. This closing took place Dec. 6th and it is now April 13th. She has always been very nice to me but nice doesn't pay my bills; I feel this is bad business.

Anyone else get this excuse from her?

I have had numerous problems. Finally told her don't call me anymore. I am going to resort to calling the title companies to find out if she has been paid before I take her to small claims court.

Each time she has not paid me it is because of a 'no sign'.

sandy...don't waste your time in small claims court. Go to her home unannounced, and inform her you are there to pick up your check.

I do it all the time with title companies, and never failed. Do this with any company that is within driving distance.

I am told she does this with everyone, and it is time she changed her pay policy.
