EFS and gmail problem?

Did my first signing for them today that was booked on Tuesday. Somehow the emails I respond to them get a delivery problem (undeliverable) about couple hours later.

I'll get this resolve tomorrow, but just wondering if there is something I should know about.

Not necessarily gmail. Every once in a while, I'll receive some message that has been out there wandering in cyberspace for hours. Another good reason that they ought to PLAN on sending docs well before an appointment. Stuff happens.

if your talking about EFS (PA), depending on the lender, they are typically very good about getting docs out quick, they do service a countrywide account, no fault of them, docs are delayed... they are great to work for. I don't know much about gmail. Is is a free internet service or do you pay? I have found that when I am forwarding docs to some of my agents that have free email accounts, it takes hours because their server is so busy, because it is free email and everyone else has it.
