E & O Insurance

I know that this subject has come up many times but I did the search and could not find what I was looking for.

A few months back a discussion came up about different insurance companies. Some of you named who you go thru and some of them were very reasonable. I cannot find that discussion. Please let us know what insurance companies you all go with.

The remainder will be on-line in the next few weeks. With a few exceptions, all premiums quoted in the store cover 1 full commission term. (Notaries having commissions that do not expire are not covered in such a way. Attorneys in Ohio, for example, have commissions that do not expire. They would receive a 5-year policy. Louisiana notaries would also receive a 5-year policy.)

If you need coverage and are mid-commission, you will need to call to receive a quote for a shorter-term policy.

See message 182785 for NR's new E&O Insurance. Harry will be offering it for all 50 states sometime in May.
