Executive Signing

I did a closing in January, and have not been paid. No answer when trying to call
or e-mail. Has anyone had any experience with this company?

when the next work order comes in and the caller is someone you have never worked with before. Once you hang up that phone before calling borrower to confirm, before even thinking of printing the docs, search for any history on the company, if the company has a bad rep, call them back within minutes to let them know you decline the request for your services and why. Better to refuse the work in question then be stuck trying to collect and end up giving away your services for nothing, while the caller makes the loot off your labor.....It is so sad we must watch out for this.
