Has anyone been paid less than agreed upon?

I received a check with $32.50 missing ( was deducted from the total owed to me for a signing) The company is Proficiency Signing. I have sent them an invoice with the balance due in demand, with explaination... Hummm... Anyone else has had this happened??? I reviewed my order instructions to make sure I did everything that was asked. I did ! I am tired of this rip-off stuff.. I also have done work for a company called Richmond Notary, I still have not been paid for 4 jobs... still waiting !!

Did a signing for Proficiency Signing on 3/29/07 and received check for amount agreed upon on 4/12/07. No problems.

Have never had a problem getting paid by Richmond Title. Have you called them?

Not me!

I've worked with NASCO for four years and have never been shorted my fee. You have to follow their instructions to the letter.
