My pc has spylock also a little bear icon on the bar. Also, a zuma virus?

I don't know if these are all related.

Is there a free program I can download?

It is something. I don't go on here too often. You have never seen me answer in a mean manner to anyone.
Sometimes I see people get help on an issue where someone else would get yelled at.

Maybe it wasn't coated in honey and sugar and spice (and it shouldn't have to be), but it was darn good advice which I personally have taken to heart. Ali, I recommend you look for the value and content of replies (and get to know whom to listen to - Brenda is one of them...) And if you want to make it in this business, you might also want to work on developing a thicker skin. Please don't read this with an edge or mean tone, but as sincere - and perhaps very important - advice.

Ali, while the two free downloads I provided are very good, you should purchase an antivirus
such as Norton or McGafee with a firewall. Brenda is right in that respect.

Try www.vcleaner.com to rid your computer of a virus. Run it in safe mode. Also, I agree with others about protecting your computer. I have several spy-ware programs and avg.com anti-virus software Free or pay versions. good luck. I had a bad worm & had to reformat my computer's hard drive. I learned the importance of backing up your computer. When was the last time you backed up your computer?

And, as we all know worms can open up ports on your computer which allow for info and edocs to be removed right off of 'em.

An NSA's computer is not a glorified Gameboy and/or word processor. It's got a lot of information on it from time to time which is sensitive.
