I just got a call from a BO...

that was irate. He said I closed a loan for him 8 months ago. He was angry because I never filed the paperwork properly. (or something like that...I don't even know what he was talking about.) I gave him the name and # for the title co. and he was talking to me like I was passing the buck and didn't want to do my job and find out about whatever he was talking about. Every time I explained to him that my purpose was only to witness his signature he got more irate. The funny thing is, I usually don't answer my cell phone when it's a local # b/c it's always something crazy. This was the second call today that I was foolish enough to answer. The other one wanted the # to a notary in some shopping center, she said information couldn't find it so they gave her my number. So, I end up looking in the yellow pages for the number she did want!

I know, he was lucky I could even find the title company's number in a less than a minute. Jeezaloo.

He's probably having trouble making the payments and looking for someone to blame and its our fault, as usual.
