I thought I'd seen it all... I was wrong. A first for me:

Easy transaction: Buyer and seller all at once. No checks to hand out, just sign, stamp and go.
Oh, what's that? My fee is no problem? Great...

Print, drive, show, smile... Where's the seller?

No show.

grrrrrrrrrr................

Every 'purchase' that I have done--problems! Lack of communication with the Seller being the biggest one. Seems like nobody has bothered to bring them up to speed on how this works and they are (understandably) quite nervous about signing that Deed and not getting any money! LO, TC, R.E. Broker... are ya' listening?

DON'T YOU CALL ALL THE PARTIES INVOLVED THE NIGHT BEFORE TO CONFIRM??

It's kinda tough to call the night before to confirm when you get the call for an 8pm job at 6pm.
And I confirmed with all parties involved, the seller just didn't show.

I'm not an idiot... a jackass maybe, but not an idiot.
