In MHO

I am a newbie in this arena but not in life. If everyone here put as much effort (and I hope you do) in promoting your own business, doing your job correctly and professionally as you do worrying about whose site has what and who said what, who is telling the truth, who is lying, who is making more money than you etc..... then all of you are very successful and have more money and time than I do. Again this is just MHO and my .02.

Just think...if I did not post on this board you would not have found my phone number so easily to give me a call last week and answer a question for you. I had already answered your question and even directed you to the page in the manual to find your answer. I guess, as is the case of the recent postings, some people just need to be told more than a few times.

Just trying to make a point, Ducky. New people come here and try to tell us how we should run our business, how we should act on a forum and try to change things here to suit there own needs instead of just using the site for what it is...a wealth of information. It just gets old.

LOL...oh yes indeedy...and, there was a day when I arrived on the forum wet behind and tried to do the same thing. Guilty as charged. Got smacked around. Dealt with it. Moved on. Confession is good for the soul. There, I confessed.

You hit the nail on the head.

Too much energy was spent on who did what to whom on whichever site for whatever reason.

It was a pile of crap and should have been dropped after the 1st post.

Thanks for your response. I enjoy reading about others experiences as signing agents and try to learn. I visit other forums and see a lot of this type of chatter (he/she is lying, he/she is cheating you out of your money etc.... I thought Not/Rot was somewhat above it but maybe not. It looks like a teenage chat room sometimes and at other times it is professional.

Well, obviously, I thought the matter should have ended after my brilliant post explaining why all you people were wrong -- and I had such high hopes that you would be reasonable about letting it drop -- NOT !
