Is anybody else experiencing a slow EOM?

Why is it so slow this month?

Certainly not slow in CT

Busy as can be. Loans are picking up. I have even gotten some calls to come to NY, which I refuse- I am not a notary there. Also, oddly have had a LOT of doctor notarizations this month- perhaps they are passing my name around but they don't have time to go to the bank to get things notarized so I head over to their office - typically it is just a document or two so not as lucrative as a loan, but quick pickup money if I am in the area or have time. Those of you who are slow might want to call a few medical offices or leave some cards around - maybe at the hospital. For doctors, time is money.

My phone is ringing off the hook today!! Had to flip several to others, but I'm hearing that those notaries are booked as well...hopefully some spill-over to tomorrow will happen as a result.

Re: Slow here...

March has been one of my slowest months ever in Southern IL. I have 3 tonight, 2 Th night and 2 Friday. EOM, phone has rung constantly, but turned down half of them. Not worth it.

I had 10 closings scheduled this week, which is fine with me. Last week was crazy, so I don't mind a slower week, as I have a couple of side projects I'm working on.

If I could only Stetch time

I could have really cleaned up. But everyone wants the same time and are not flexable at all! Apparently Jojo is having the same problem!
I even tried to enlist a realtor that is commissioned for a good client and even she was busy!

Just got back from a weeks vacation last weekend, everyday but today I've had work. Today the only work offered was 50 or less closings, so I said no. This month was so so even with 10 days off.

Not a stong start to the 2nd qtr.

For me, all Aprils have been slow

Although this one has been better than any other. It's very interesting to go back and compare months and years. For instance, in 06, I more than doubled my earnings from 05. March's, Oct's, and Dec's are usually very busy . Trends are fun to check
