LSI...

is my bread and butter. I have never had a better relationship with another company. If you do not have the capacity to print docs from adobe, you should not be accepting assignments. They do have a new system that sends you to a link for your e-confirmation, which has major flaws, but call your coordinator to get it sent in pdf format. I have NEVER not been able to talk to a live person at LSI.

I agree 100% LSI (East-in PA) is my favorite company to work for. Fair fees, E-docs in plenty of time and always someone there to answer any questions that may come up. Everyone there is extremely pleasant and I am paid within 2-3 weeks. Can't ask for much more.

I love them too, although the PA office is my favorite.

The problem for me with them is that they called me and asked me to lower my rates $10. Doesn't seem like a lot, but I signed up with them two years or more ago, and didn't know any better. My rates with them were $90 for the closing and $25 additional for edocs. Now, it will be $80 for the closing. The Santa Ana office overnights docs. Not much fun accepting $80 for a closing........not used to it.

Anyone else get this request to lower rates?
