LSI signing company

Anyone know anything about these guys? I was to have a signing on Sat. but couldn't print docs. Did a search and found a lot of people have trouble printing their docs. I could not get a hold of anyone and have been trying all morning to ask how they want me to proceed. They emailed me the docs as attachments with no instructions as to when to sign! Also, how do they pay? First time for me with this company, not real impressed at this point.

LSI and LIA are the same companies and they dont pay and their customer services is aweful. I have heard a lot of bad things about them from other notaries, it is enough to make me not want to work for them! Just be careful.

I have done work for LIA - although slow pay, I haven't had troubles with them. LSI is another story - same company huh? I may not do this signing at all if I don't hear from someone soon.

What? I am certain they are NOT the same company

LSI is Lender Services, a Fidelity Company & LIA Signings is a different company, a signing service. Please don't confuse the two or you will never get paid because you're invoicing the WRONG company.

If you do a seach here for LSI

you'll come up with a wealth of information.
I have not worked with LSI in a couple of years.
There are 2....from what I recall.

Did you check the signing central tab? Their contact info is listed there. Also Google works to find information. You arent' very specific with your question, so no one is clear on what information you're looking for.

LSI is one of my favorite companies. Once contracted, they send payments automatically, typically within 2 to 3 weeks of closure. They have National Network - once you are contracted each office has you in the system.

They have sent me work here and there for about 5 years. I have never had any problem getting paid. I think I have to specificvally invoice them, but once the invoice gets to the right people the check shows up. Sometimes I have trouble downloading docs from all kinds of people, but I don't find that means the company is bad.

I have done several for LSI and have found them to be great, they pay on time without my invoicing them.
