Loan Signers, Inc.

Today I rec'd a check in the mail from Loan Signers, Inc. for $75 that was shorted to me in May, '06 (see message 18035 from Chris posted 11/15/06). It is my understanding that this company wants SA's that are still owed outstanding fees to accept 40% of the balance, I most definitely cannot agree to that as they are paying current fees without withholding any percentage. I entered into the unpaid signing with the intent NOT to work EVER for $40 companies and I still have that same intent. While I can appreciate their financial difficulties I will continue to pursue full payment.

Chris still owes me too!

Grrrrrrr. I absolutely will not accept a discount on what he owes me for the same reason - how dare he pay current notaries the full promised fee and expect those he has owed for months and months and months to accept a very small percentage of their hardearned money after waiting all that time.

I'd love to see his lifestyle on our money - Grrrrr

Wish I lived closer. I'd be paying him a visit. Wonder what kind of house he lives in, car he drives, fancy toys he's bought with the money he's collected from closings since obviously he's not paying it out. I'm amazed he's still in business. Each of us who is still owed by him should contact the title company on the closings we did and make sure they are fully informed of his business practices.
