MARYLAND REFINANCE AFFIDAVIT-REFINANCE CERTIFICATE

Question for Maryland NSA?
This doc shows orig loan amt, liber, folio, unpaid bal, property address and gets signed and notarized.
TC says leave everything blank but the property address and get it signed and then notarize. They will fill in everything else later
NOw I know I should never notarize a doc with with information left out, but TC says they do it this way all the time?

Because sometimes the TC does not know the exact amount of unpaid pricipal balance. I have had BO complain about that. If TC wants it that way and the BO doesn't care, I would do it. Maybe I am wrong, Please correct me.

The TC will fill out the correct payoff info with the book/page and recorded date. I notarize the borrowers signature.
