Mobile Doc's/Alvarado Group-Wildomar,CA
Has anyone worked for this co lately? I have an unpaid invoice that's past their 45 day pay schedule even without counting weekends, holidays and days that start with the letter T. I get no response from emails or phone messages. Have they gone belly-up? A search here revealed mostly positive comments - and I've always been paid before. Just wondering what's up. TIA

I did a job for them on
8/12, printed docs on 8/11 -- postponed to 8/12, new docs. Went back out on 8/17 for something (related to the docs, not my error). Received payment on 9/4, but short-paid for first set of printed docs.

Re: I did a job for them on
Short paying seems to be her "MO". I guess she figures you would be happy with what you finally get.. that increases her profit. I think if you looked up SMUCK in the Webster you would see her face. I would never work for her again and after I finally got short paid and cashed the check I informed her "to never call me again".... I wish we all could somehow join together and refuse to work for these people, and put out of business. I can PM anyone wanting contact numbers I have for her. Good Luck!

My story
I've done one signing for this company...it was on a day that I overbooked myself and was running on fumes. I made a mistake...there...I've said it. I MADE A MISTAKE, missed a cert. Of course I was shocked but the proof was right there in front of my face and I had charged her a larger than normal fee as this was extremely last minute. I thought for sure I'd be docked because I obviously made the error and it spelled errors out on the confirmation. I received full payment within 15 days. I learned a valuable lesson and she did right by me.

I have a signing dating back to January. The original signing ended on a refuse to sign status- I actually saved the loan, and the LO specifically called Alvarado Group asking for me to return for the final signing. I have called and emailed numberous times to no avail. I am short the refuse to sign fee. This was a client that had some physical disabilities and though he was a very nice man the signings took much longer than usual... I missed out on another job as I was stuck in this one. And now cant get Alvarado to return calls or emails.
