So I posted about this company a couple of weeks ago.
They still owe me from January 21, 26 and February 11, 2007.
BUT ---- they have paid another notary from a closing she did after mine, but before they were ordered to cease.
Stay away, far, far away from this company!

I'm in the same situation -- they first refuse to answer phone calls, faxes, etc. The latest story is they cut a check in February and their "policies" don't allow them to replace a lost check for 90 days. Right.
