No, they are very different.

Nations Direct Title Agency...
...isn't the same entity as the Nations Direct disparaged on a regular basis on NotRot. Nations Direct Title Agency shouldn't even be mentioned in the same sentence as Nations Direct as they have nothing in common but the first two words. Unfortunately that's all people have a tendency to read.

I Hope I Didn't Come Across...
...as too blunt, Brenda. Just wanted to set the record straight for NDTA as they're no ND!

No Dennis...I just figured I had made a real blunder and you were answering "vehemently" to set me straight. I had heard that before and forgot it.

OT...
...your new A&M basketball coach has Jayhawks "roots". Mark Turgeon is originally from Topeka, KS & started as a guard for KU back in 1984-1987.

That's good news. However, it makes you wonder when these notary coincidences happen if perhaps NR is something like the Bermuda Triangle and we are all part of a huge experiment.

I used to work at Nations Direct Title Agency. They compensate well, but there is alot involved in their packages. More than likely it will be a Countrywide refinance. The branch of Countrywide that most of their business is from requires alot. It will be a split package, copies being made after closings. Usually a LATE closing with last minute docs and a phone call to Title when it is complete.
But, as i said, they pay well and checks go out when loan funds. But they do not pay if the loan recinds or the borrower does not sign. I would love to do work for them as a signing agent, but they do their own closings. Oh well.
