Need Email Help
I have a signing tonight and the SS has emailed the documents to my yahoo account and my gmail account. I have not received either email. Called the SS and they show email was sent successfully to both adresses. Any advise would be great. Thanks!

Do you have Spam blockers? It's weird that neither of two accounts don't have it.

Would Spam blocker allow me to receive the emails?

I had that happen to me with my gmail. Edocs were sent but i never received them. They resent them and I waited about 15 mins and still did not get them. I restarted my computer and *VOILA* as soon as I opened my gmail account there they were. Try doing that see if it works. Good Luck I know how frustrating it can be to get edocs and they are no where to be found.

No, SGard. It would actually prevent you from receiving spam a.k.a unsolicited email. Both Yahoo! and Gmail do automatic spam checks (you can probably turn off). Check your Yahoo! Bulk folder and your Gmail Spam folder. Their email probably ended up there.
Good luck with that. Ever

In yahoo there is a link that says options. Click on that and you will see another link to spam guard and settings.

Like the others said, a spam blocker will put email from an unknown source into a blocked account until you unblock it. Spam blockers can be a savior but also a PITA at other times. Good Luck

I am having gmail issues today
Normally, I have it downloaded to outlook, but outlook cannot pull it. I have to go online to get it. Also, I have looked everywhere and there is no way to turn off spam blockers from gmail. You just have to log in and look. You can turn it off on yahoo.

One more suggestion...
Have you tried emailing them from either yahoo! or gmail so they could reply to that email? Maybe they mistyped both email addresses (although you've probably been through a spelling session with them on this)?

Re: One more suggestion...
I tried with my yahoo account and it didn't work. I just tried with my gmail account. Cross your fingers. Hopefully this works. Poor borrower has been waiting for me for over an hour.

Does your customer have an FTP site that they can mount them
Then they give you the ftp address.... user name password and you download them
I do this whenever I send someone a big file....I pop it up on my ftp...and voila...they can download the file.
Good luck..
alternatively use.....http://www.sendthisfile.com It is free. There are two SendThisFileŽ FileBoxes available: The standard, free FileBox, and a customizable FileBox for individuals and businesses who want to fully integrate a SendThisFileŽ FileBox into their website.
Place a SendThisFileŽ FileBox on your website and your visitors will be able to easily transfer large files to you at any time! The sender does not have to have a SendThisFileŽ account.

It's probably the size of the file. If it's over the size limit established by the provider it won't come through. If you're using the "free" e-mail providers I would suggest purchasing an e-mail account, you can get an e-mail account with a domain name (i.e. [e-mail address]) for $10-30/year at Yahoo small business.
