Not able to print the confirmation
I got a call for a signing and received the confirmation as a word attachment. When I tried to print the confirmationonly a blank page printed. I tried a select all and print selected and still got a blank page. Everything else prints fine. Has anyone else had this problem. Thanks Tina

Try copying the info to your clipboard, open a new wordpad document and paste the info. I've only had that problem once, I think, and that did the trick.

I did that and still was not able to print it. I finally was able to print by importing into google docs but it lost most of the formatting . Very strange. hope they are legit????

Try printing it to a PDF document. I use CutePDF, it's free and installs just like a printer driver.

I hope that you have already resolved this issue. If not, there is one other thing that you might try: select the entire document "blank" Word doc (ctrl-A) and then select a black or dark colored font. When the orginal was printed on a dark backroung with white or light colored fonts, it look like invisible ink when cut and pasted into a doc.
