OT Preparing for cruise

Just wanted to mention that I am going to be going on a cruise next week, so I have been getting myself prepared.... Prepared in eating all that I can!! My main downfall has been these Edy's Ice Creams that are part of the American Idol line. I can't stop eating the Hollywood Cheesecake and the Triple Talent. I'm not much for Ice Cream - let alone light Ice Cream, but these are great! Has anyone else tried these?? If not, you need to go out and pick up a qt!!!

My mom is home dieting for the cruise and I can't stop shoveling the food into my mouth!! Actually, I have been working hard at the gym to counteract what I've been eating.

have much fun! I'm not really into ice cream, I'm a rainbow sherbet lover. So now that I'm totally jealous, I guess I'll get into a bikini and go top deck for the afternoon Smile
Maybe I'll let the shorty hose me down and spin myself around a few times and get sea sick.
Heck, I can pretend!

Bonnie...

I enjoyed the cruise I was on a few million years ago, but I felt a little claustrophobic and I didn't enjoy my first dive into the swimming pool that I drank a half gallon of sea water out of.

Charm....

1/2 a gallon! Yuck! I don't think i've ever actually got into the pools, spend a lot of time in the hot tubs though....and the casinos! Actually got 3rd place in the slot tournament this time!
Anymore if I don't go ever so often I start having cruise withdrawals!

Hey Charmie...

Please post that photo, along with the wicked red dress one that was such a hit with the fantasy football gang! Smile

Re: Hey Charmie...Roger this....

the dress. well, it was used as a tourniquet around my ankles to stop the blood when Bradshaw mistakenly took my feet for the dance floor. As for as the other photo, well, that is going to be an expensive manuever...however I am open to barter for a fume less printer.....what? You think I'm this happy on purpose?

Do you have a favorite cruise line? Sure makes a good family get away!

We have been on Carnival and Royal Caribbean. Out of the 2, we enjoyed the Royal Caribbean better. I think our next one will be a Holland America. We just received a brochure in the mail with some great prices! 7 day cruises for $549 a person. You really can't beat that.

I love Royal Caribbean. Never tried Carnival but was talking with my husband about one of the Holland America Alaska cruises...If you go H.A. let me know what you think!
