OT: Thoughts and prayers please

As most of you on the board know my husband has had heart problems.
He had a stress test last week and saw his cardiologist today for the results.
He has a weak heart and he is going into hospital tomorrow (his doc didn't waste any time!) to have a defribillator inserted.
It should only be an overnight stay, nevertheless it is worrisome.

Please can I ask you to keep him in your thoughts and prayers tomorrow.

you will have our prayers and be in our thoughts all the way from wi.....i just had a nuclear stress test last week and every thing was fine. i thank my GOD for that and ask him to be with your husband and you.....

My prayers are with you and your husband. My mother had a pacemaker (before they had the defibrilators) and it only took about 10 minutes for the surgeon to put it in, and she was fine. It never failed her. Your husband will do great.

Sylvia, I belive with everything in my being that God is a healer. He made this body and he can fix anything that is wrong with it. I will definately be praying for a complete healing. I know that we serve a God in heaven that is able. Love ya lots.

Be grateful

Be grateful that your husband has a doctor who aggressive enough in treatment to recommend this. My husband had one inplanted about 2 years ago, the procedure is not difficult. Unfortunately, my husbands device is on the recall list, so we don't know if it will
work when needed...it is truly a lifesaver if it does work when needed. In the US reports are that over 700,000 people would benefit from this, money as always is an issue, my husbands was 25k, so be grateful he is getting one. Of course our prayers are with you.
