OT - Weather in South Carolina & Virginia

I will be headed to Myrtle Beach, SC and Hampton, VA on Apr 23rd. Will be there for total of 3 wks, what kind of weather can I expect? Need to pack correctly!

John just got back from SC week before last, we wore shorts and tee shirts, I'd bring a light jacket but the weather was ideal, not too hot yet. Enjoy

Thanks Susan, got a reunion in S.C. for my old Army unit (40yrs!) then up to Virginia to build a fence at my son's place and any other chores we can do.

Be prepared for anything

Weird weather lately, as soon as it is warm for a few days then freezing again. I'd pack for warm weather, but bring a few items of warm clothes just in case. Also, bring a rain coat. I don't recommend umbrellas as most of the storms spring through fall are thunderstorms.
