OT - What to do with a very old car

Once it is retired, keep paying to register it, and when you kid turns 16, put them as the primary driver on that old vehicle and you save a small fortune on your auto insurance. Keep it parked in the back yard, with the windows down 1/2 way so the 17 cats that people have dropped off in your neighborhood have a warm place to sleep.

That's it, Lisa... but be sure to put it up on blocks like everyone up heah in the mountains does. (I'm located just outside Asheville).

It still has the tires on it. I want it to at least look like it will move if my insurance company ever checks up on it. Adding my 16 year old daughter as primary driver on that beast, saved me $1200 every 6 months on auto insurance!!
