Did one on 3-30-07 and I received my check on 4-16-07. I've got another one scheduled for tonight. No problems here, will take what they give me!

I agree with the others - they are a good company. Just be aware that they pay $50 for a no-sign, regardless of distance, and they do not pay a print fee. Otherwise, they pay well and as agreed, usually within about 2 weeks of closing.
