Power of Attorney Question

State of California: If the person giving power of attorned to another is not able to sign the document, what is the process for signing the doucment? Thanks !

In Illinois, POA can be signed with a mark, but POA wording has to be modified a bit.

You need two witnesses, they can be anyone, they don't have to sign your book. One should also write the name of the person making the mark.

Without going too far or giving legal advice makes sure you can sleep knowing the person singing (and the notary) aren't being hoodwinked.
