Priority Signings updated info?

The numbers I have are not in service and the email doesn't work. The website is gone. I'm assuming they went out of business, but wanted confirmation. Does anyone know for sure?

The address I had was in Dana Point, CA, but I believe

they were in Newport Beach, CA. BBB lists an "F" rating, but no current contact info. I have 800#, fax & alternate #, all out of service. Searched here, but last info is 03/06...wich I'd checked reputation before doing the 1 job for them I did in Sept. That'll teach me!
