Question about the signing company list...

Sorry, new to this site!
If a company has no stars listed, is it just because no one has declared an association with them - or should I be leery of payment issues, etc.?

The ones with few stars are the ones who have been negatively evaluated by NR members.

I noticed something about a company (ies) in signing central

I noticed what I thought was a new co, OPCS, but when I click on their link or c/p to my browser, it is directed to Reliaclose.http://www.reliaclose.com/

Last year when Relia Close called for me to do an assignment they told me that the two had merged together.
