Reverse Mortgage Request

Some company called Quick Closings 123 has called me several times for reverse mortgages. I have never done one and I can't say that I'm really interested but in any event they are only offering $65 anyway!

What is the going rate for reverse mortgages?

I will not do a reverse for under $125.00, and even that is low. I would not accept those terms, JMO.

Definitely $125 with edocs. I do around 5-8 reverses a month and they are a lengthy closing. Borrowers, because of their age, can be slow and ask a lot of questions. Reverses take a lot of "hand-holding".

I was told by someone in the business that the range can be 125.00 up to 235.00 (this may include cost of printing docs and or mileage)
