Sad notarization

Notarized a "termination of parental rights" doc from the court for a guy last night. It almost made me cry when he started crying on me. It was the best thing for his little girl, but could tell he was very upset. He just can't take care of her or support her. Sad situation.

I had one very similar to that last month. 29 year old terminally ill patient, the hospice nurses kept telling him it was the best thing he could do for his son. He signed on a Saturday and passed away on Sunday.
