On another web forum site I read where a police detective in Irvine, CA is looking into the business practices of this company.

What he is looking for is the date of the signing, name of borrower, loan number, correspondence requesting payment (could be many, so put them all in), mortgage or escrow company if you know, amount you are owed, your e-mail address, name and phone number.

The detective's name is Paul Jessup and his e-mail address is: [e-mail address]

You may want to consider as an option.
