Signaturesplus hoping for notary memory loss
I've managed in the last month to collect the majority of the money owed to me by Signaturesplus. They still owe me the last $100 from a signing completed back in mid December. Anyway, they actually had the audacity to call this morning and ask if I was available to do a signing today. I reminded the gal on the other end of the line about the delinquent account and refused the signing. I don't know how they are able to retain their employees. I cringe at the very thought of having to call people to solicit their business/help after giving them a big burn.

How did you get them to pay? They owe me and i have turned them over to collections, the BBB and the Attorney General of California. I have also e-mailed them to let them of the actions that i have taken in efforts to resolve the non-payment issue.

I saw that so many others went to the BBB without success. I went straight for the jugular (so to speak) -- I went to the lender and upwardly escalated the non-payment issue.

I've had the lender call them 3 times about non-payment for a loan I closed for them in December. Lender paid them in January. They just give him the runaround too!! DON'T WORK FOR SIGNATURESPLUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
