Title company closed for fraud

Has anyone ever done business with N-3 Notary? I closed a loan for them in February and got a call from the borrower last night that the lender has not set up their direct payemnt and the lender called them for 1st payment default. Come to find out, the title company was shut down for fraud. Has anyone ever had this happen to them?

I am too familiar with N3Notary and the title company that was shut down on Feb. 22nd, was TriStar Title out of Lombard.

N3Notary still owes me from January and offered a 3, 6 or 9 month repayment plan.
My atty sent a demand ltr and they have until Monday or he files a Complaint.
But they managed to pay another notary from February 22nd already!!!!!

I tried to search for the message I posted a couple of days ago, but it doesn't come up. It had a few more details on it. Maybe you will have better luck.
