Why do some insist on giving "words" as phone numbers and
not including the corresponding numbers. I HATE that they do this. Many of us have PDA devices as phones which have QWERTY keyboards. If you have to use "words" for your phone number, than please include the corresponding numbers! What is so hard about putting the actual numbers in () next to the "word."

Well, in some cases, it works for me, ei;
When I need Fed Ex Number- I remember 1-800-GoFedEx easily- but to remember 1-800-463-3339 not so easily-; unless I have it in memory on cell, and have to click down on perhaps 300 numbers- find it- but ..... Oh well- I understand why it's done, but it does get awkward at times.

But if you have a QWERTY keyboard on your phone, the letters won't work for you. On my phone you'd be pressing 1-800-5(letter O)4-141(letter X).
