I have done a few for him. Just be aware of their pay schedule as it could take up to 45 days depending on when it closes but they are upfront about it. I have been paid according to it.

I have done one closing for them. Then I had one cancelled yesterday and Michael told me he would not pay a printing fee because cancellation was more than one hour prior to closing. He said he "couldn't justify" paying for my printing fee. Package was about 150 pages! I told him I couldn't justify doing any more work for him and not to call me again.

Received very nice apology from Michael Wise this morning. He called after I sent invoice for the printing fee. Said that he had been rude and was sorry for that and would pay invoice. It takes a lot of character to admit an error like that and my opinion of Michael has been completed reversed.
