Worst Experience with FULL SPECTRUM Lending

Got a signing from them for SPLIT Package instructions - did eveything right - Title was also happy with docs - But Full Spectrum said that Middle Name Initial was not OK - They could not read the Midlle Initial A in TIL. Then I was told to get a new TIL signed again. I did that. They they said new TIL in the date of signing was not valid. Then they asked to initial back the OLD initial. I made a 3rd trip and ultimately I was so pissed off with them that I had to send the package without waiting any more. I will NEVER ACCDEPT A COUNTRYWIDE / FULL SPECTRUM CLOSING IN MY LIFE AGAIN

This was simply an unreasonably picky person.....

If I had to resign all where you could not read a middle initial or any part of the signature, I would never complete a signing. I don't like Full Spectrums but these are not the problem, It's that guy!

Re: This was simply an unreasonably picky person.....

Agree 100%. Many times the middle initial is totally unreadable. Often, it is the entire signature that you cannot read. As long as it is their signature and it appears to have enough parts, they should take it. You just got an overly picky person.

Let me get this straight...

Just because some nincompoop didn't have his/her glasses on straight and insisted you get a TIL resigned twice after the original signing...

now...you're going to broadbrush countrywide and refuse to do any?

I do plenty of Countrywides and never had this problem.

So, you're going to cut off a potentially huge volume of business because of ONE incident?

And, because of one bad experience, you're going to reject them all?

Come on.

But, hey, it's a free country

I have MUCH more problem with the split package than I do with the issue over the TIL.

Of all the work that you do there is going to be a few bad experiences but dont let one a-- hole ruin your way of making $$$. CW is my bread and butter so I just take the good with the bad. Its better than to have nothing at all.

Experience tells me that if a third trip have to be made, it is due to someone not following instructions.
