Perhaps she's very new to this site, and didn't realize that asking a basic question that is notary related in this forum is just asking to get flamed. I'll bet she won't ask anymore. Geesh!

That was not a flame. We are professionals here and expect the newer SA's to be professional also. If you were to decide to open a hamburger stand for instance, would you call up McDonald's, Wendy's and Burger King and ask them, "how do I get employees? how do I make a hamburger? Where do I buy french fries?" This is akin to doing just that.
I researched this industry on my own before diving in head first, we expect others to do their own foundational research and THEN ask questions which are pertinent to signings.
