Does anyone have the contact info for this company. My attorney needs the owners info.

3935 E Parkview Dr; Gilbert, AZ; 85297;480-632-2808 and 480-452-0682. That's the last info I have on them. They owe me $250 from January. Good luck and keep us posted.

Strange you should bring up A2Z Notary. I got a call from them this week, thank God I remembered reading "something" about them. So after I talked to them I used the Search button and sure enough another NO NO company. They would of clipped me for two jobs. Cancelled those puppies so fast it would of made your head spin. I feel bad for the poor soul that took the work from them. Again it is so important that notaries post their problem companies on this board. No one can afford to waste their time, money and energy on these companies. Good luck and hopefully you will catch-up with them for your pay. Have a great week-end.

Teddog/Co -
Did you tell them why you didn't take the signings? Or did you just decline?

Yes, I did tell her. Not a happy camper, got the old "I'll find someone else routine." lol I'm sure you will (Rots of Ruck Lady.) My basic rule is One Strike, You're Out! Especially right now when these compaines are folding right and left. My personal opinion only, if you don't know the people that call you check each and every one of them before you drag yourself out for nothing. Cancel that job immediately and let them know the reason why. Don't be shy about it, remember they have the Gall to call you knowing good and well they have no intention of ever paying you. JMO

I too have non-payment issues with A2Z Notary. Did a couple signings in Feb and Mar 07, requiring a separate print and trip fee, sent an invoice on the day of the signing, monthly statements, finally emailed and made numerous phone calls to no response. All my invoices include "Net 30, subject to 10% per annum".
It seems to me there should be some procedure to file a complaint of fraudulent practices on the part of the SS. Does anyone have any knowledge of how to do this?
