Accusigning: Has anyone ever received their payment?

I've read several threads where NSAs haven't received payment from Accusigning.
I wonder IF anyone has ever received payment, and if not, how did you ever get them to pay.
They are now officially late paying me, and I want to be paid! I emailed them today, so I hope to hear from Rich Carew soon.

Do you know how to add another company to Merchant Circle?

Say, for instance, someone want to make a comment about SOX; do you know how the companies come to be listed on Merchant Circle? This is the first I have heard of this.

I lodged a complaint on a complaint board of another site (coffee) and actually received a response to fax over my invoices/backup, etc. I did & subsequently received payment -- although they did OVERpay me. Upone recommendations from others here, I did deposit the check & it cleared. I've issued a refund check for the overage back to Accusigning. At this point, their account is paid in full with me.
