Anyone heard of National Signing Services?
They're based out of CA. I am in GA-why would they be calling me to do a refi here? I turned them down either way, but just wondering if they're a reputable company(that pays) in case I do structured settlements/annuities w/ them in the future.

Do you only accept signings from the Peach state?
I will work with anyone that hasn't done me wrong before or has a known reputation has being disreputable. I believe you may have just set up a relationship for one of your competitiors.

I agree with you, Phillip, but I believe GA has become an attorney-only state ..or attorney-involved state at the least..

Re: Do you only accept signings from the Peach state?
The whole "Peach State" comment has nothing to do with my question. Yes, GA is an attorney-only state...my question was for other notary services that we are allowed to do in GA. Since I haven't seen them listed on the "OK" list, I am preparing myself for future calls that have nothing to do with signing loan docs.

Maybe you'll be the first to list your experience on the OK
list. By the way, the "lists" should not be considered as the holy grail of business relationships.
